One 90-minute session to make one clear decision about your business

Stuck on a decision about your business?

Whether it’s saying yes to a new opportunity, spending money you can’t easily get back, or working out whether your business still fits your life, some decisions are easier to make with someone alongside you.

The Founder Clarity Session is a focused 90-minute online session with Sandra Rutendo Mtambirwa, Ph.D., author of Build the Founder First. Together, we work through the decision in front of you using the frameworks from the book, so you leave with a clear answer and a next step.

How it works

1. Before the session: you complete the Founder Life Fit worksheet and a short form about your business and the decision you’re facing.

2. In the session: we review how your business fits your life, check whether you have the capacity for what’s in front of you, then work through the right tool for your decision. That might be testing an assumption, looking at the numbers, or deciding what to stop.

3. After the session: within 2 working days, you receive a written summary with your decision, your next action and a date to review it.

You’ll leave with

• One clear decision, made on evidence rather than pressure

• A practical next step and a review date

• The worksheets we used, to keep and reuse

This session is for you if

• You’re starting a business alongside a job, family or other commitments

• You’re about to commit time or money and want to check it first

• You feel stretched and need to decide what really deserves your attention
